Ideal audience: Adults aged 19+
Workshop summary
Important: This workshop is currently paused for updates and curriculum redevelopment. We will eventually be looking for groups to pilot the updated workshop. Although we cannot make a booking now, we can add you to a list of people to contact when the new pilot workshop is available.
This workshop explores the gap between colonial legal and ethical standards of consent and supports participants to create a culture of consent that goes far beyond the requirements of colonial law.
Although the criminal legal system is flawed, knowing how it works can be helpful for making informed decisions. This workshop looks at legal and non-legal options available to adult survivors of sexual assault.
Only Yes Means Yes was developed in collaboration with post-secondary students and originally designed for campus settings. We can also adapt it for other groups of adults (aged 19 or older).
